social and working culture of a woman in modern America. This 2015 book of humorous essays, a follow-up to her book Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (and other concerns), should appeal to those looking for a light read about the trials and tribulations of this talented writer and actress living in West Hollywood. She touches on the subjects of friendship, being comfortable in your own skin, and going for what you want. As Mindy says in the book: “I will leave you with one last piece of advice, which is: If you’ve got it, flaunt it. And if you don’t got it? Flaunt it. ’Cause what are we even doing here if we’re not flaunting it?”
